Huble Cookbooks
The Huble Homestead/Giscome Portage Heritage Society has published three cookbooks over the years, all of which were made up of recipes submitted by members of the community. The most recent cookbook, The Huble House Centennial Cookbook: Family Traditions and New Favourities, was published in 2012 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Huble House.

This cookbook was published to mark the 100th anniversary of Seebach & Huble's business partnership, which started in 1904. It was compiled by staff and featured recipes from Huble Homestead/Giscome Portage Heritage Society members.

This cookbook was the first one published by the Huble Homestead/Giscome Portage Heritage Society. It was sold in the General Store, and included submitted recipes from the public, historical photographs, and excerpts from the Huble Diaries.
