Huble Homestead Historic Site is a wonderfully unique piece of heritage, hidden within the beautiful countryside on the banks of the majestic Fraser River.
Huble Homestead offers you a one-of-a-kind venue for your special event, whether it be a meeting, conference, team building event, or family reunion. Choose from our two hourly rental options:

Basic Facility Rental - $50.00 per hour

Standard Facility Rental - $125.00 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Please keep in mind that while the historic nature of Huble Homestead guarantees you a unique venue, it may also impose some considerations and restrictions on your rental.
Please ensure that the necessary limitations of our location meet the expectations you have for your special event, specifically:

Suggested capacity is 90 occupants, with an absolute maximum of 100, including children.

Banquet seating capacity is 75 occupants.

Outdoor bookings are required to reserve one indoor space in the event of inclement weather.

Rental availability is restricted according to the historic site’s public event schedule; long weekends are not available.

Huble Homestead has no running water or electricity. Please advise us if you require power for anything beyond lighting.

All individuals attending your function at the Huble Homestead must abide by our Site Rules and Regulations.
